I found out that one of my so called friend has blocked me in all social media.i didn't do anything bad to her , I just ask that person something and she didn't reply and obviously her phone is not spoiled as I saw her using it .so what does it implied ?

She's obviously mad or annoyed by you. I'd say it implies that she doesn't want to talk to you or be friends anymore.
