Business/Marketing Ideas and help?

My cousin and I are starting a clothing and accesory business! We need help with names, marketing ideas really. We have parents who work at great places, but how can we use their jobs, and also the everyday world to advertise and market? Should we try a farmers' market or partnering with a hair salon or a kids store or something? Please help!

Well I am hoping you are going to be targeting a specific audience or group of people?
You will probably want to get your "face" in front of people that want your products by
engaging them. I know some businesses don't do that and I think they are making a
big mistake.

Obviously there are also your social sites like Facebook
or Twitter or some other social network.

A farmers' market could be a good start, then you could start small.

You might look into some web presence too. Since not all people will want to
buy in person if they like your products. Just an important thing to keep in mind.
