you se im not just looking forward to making any website. Im look for one where users can login as members and sign it. dontget me wrong nothing like facebook. The website must have a way for users to pay via paypal to my account on that website. Its a business website and I want to follow my dreams of being an entrepreneur. The website must also be able for me to pay via paypal to the members account. Thank you. Please no ridiculous answers.

To make a website, it can certainly take much work to figure it all out such as knowledge in the HTML programming language. However if you are starting out, I do know that Adobe's Dreamweaver program is great for making websites. Combined with online tutorials you could make one.

You have to be able to code in HTML (HyperText Markup Language), and you have to have some software to build it. I recommend Adobe DreamWeaver. You could probably manage to build a really cheap, terrible looking website without knowing HTML but majority of 7th graders know it. I'd say it's the easiest computer language.

Well, there is kind of lack of information for giving you a proper advice. it is really cool that you are followong your dream, you want gave to users the chance to sing in and also pay by paypal - but what will be the topic of website?

Well, few possibilities.
1) Hire a professional.
2) Use WordPress - easy to handle, plenty of possibilities, premium funcions are cheap
3) Use other free website builder (WYSIWIG, drag and drop systems like Wix, Weebly, etc.) I am using Webnode, With MINI premium package I can give to user the chance to sing in and I can put a PayPal burtton on my website any time.
