how to report a hacker group?
I came across a group on Twitter that was openly advertising their activities hacking sites, and so on. Is this legal? if it isn't I was wondering how to report this, and who do i report this to since it was based in Europe?

Sure you can report it, and nothing will happen.
It will all happen in secrecy. Because the ones in Europe who deal with it are SPIES lol.

Seriously, the UK sends spies to get them these days.

Don't bother there are so many Hacker's you don't even know... I used to be one but stopped ages ago.
I mean don't even bother they'll be caught by the fbi or police soon anyways... Not matter if they use vpns or try to wipe there tracks they will always be found.
