I have instagram on android..and i was wondering how i share simeone else's instagram photo onto my twitter? Is there an app? Also how do people make collages and combine pics and make it one instagram photo? I always see ppl doing cool things with theres..what are the apps??

You can't share someone else's photo on your twitter directly, you have to take a screenshot or save the pic and then repost it to your twitter. To make collages there is an awesome app called PicFrame, it works really well and it's cheap. That is probably what you're talking about, since many people use that for instagram. Hope I helped!
