what does unifriends actually means in the FB option ?

If i unfriend with someone that was listed in my friend list on facebook.. does this mean he will still see im not his friend? or does this mean he cant view my photos and comment my photos and view my things on facebook ?

I dont think un-friend option means your blocking and deleting the peron ?

It means exactly what it says it means. If you're on someone's friends list, and you "unfriend" them, you are no longer on their friends list. As of right now, no, they will not be able to see that you unfriended them, but from what I understand, when that new timeline comes out, they may be able to see this.
