twitter does not work if my phone turn off and on again i have to sign in again?

when i sign in on my phone to twitter if my phone goes to black screen and i turn on again i have
to sign again until the phone goes off i have to sign in on twitter again

If you are using an app, uninstall it then reinstall it. That will take care of it.

If you use a browser like Internet or Opera or Dolphin, go into its privacy and security settings and make sure it accepts cookies. If it does and it is still failing to keep your password, reset the BROWSER, not the phone. You can reset a browser by going into its settings and then going into Advanced Settings. Once you have your browser back to factory settings, try accessing twitter again and your browser should ask you if you wish it to remember your password. Save your login details as you log in again and you are good to go.
