notification center not working on iOS 5?

I have the weather widget, phone, messages, twitter, reminders, calendar, mail, facebook, instagram, and meebo on my "in notification center" list. And none of them is showing up except the weather widget...what is wrong?
My Twitter feed is constantly updating...so how come it's not showing up?
I have all the notification button turned on...O_o

I am searching for the answer too. So it is not only you. I have ipod touch and I updated to iOS 5. I've tried all the settings, restarted, deleted the app and reinstall it again. But still the mail and weather widget is working. Facebook, I need to open it and refresh to see the notification IN facebook app, not in the notification center bar. Same goes to twitter, it constantly updates but i have to go to the app and refresh to see the latest.

I've read somewhere that some people also have this problem. Hope apple notices this and fixes. I know some friends whom iDevice is working properly.
So far just waiting for a solution. :\
