I came from a war torn country and I fell in love with a girl there. Due to the war, we got separated. Thanks to facebook, she was able to find me and said she still love me. For me, I'd always loved her..but she's kinda old now......and I don't really wanna date old chicks.

What should I do?

You won't ever see her so u could just be straight forward, or introduce her to one of your older friends.

How much older was she than you? And how old is she now? It really depends how old she is compared to you. If you don't want to date old chicks and you feel uncomfortable about dating her than you should turn her down easily and just be friends. There's nothing wrong with being friends with old chicks.
