Facebook cover photo size, help?

There is a picture I found on Instagram that I would like to use as my Facebook cover photo.

Problem is, the picture from Instagram is a square and when I try to fit it as a Facebook cover photo it stretches funny to fit itself into the rectangle shape. Can anyone help with this?

Maybe try finding it on the web. Or try going to that persons Instagram on a laptop, and getting the picture. You can try editing it once it is saved onto your laptop.
