How do you create a Facebook "Like" button for a group?

I am trying to find out how to create a "Like" button for a specific Facebook group, to be posted on another web site.

Is there a dummy set of instructions?

Alternately, I have also seen those boxes with a "Like" button that randomly show a few pictures of people who have already clicked on the "Like" button. This would be even better, if it's not difficult to do.

In order to have the like button you should create a page instead of a group. You cannot add the like button to a group.
