Cant stop checking and messaging on Facebook!?

i pull out my phone and check fb every 30 mins. Recenty, i've been told that i message too much by 2 people. i was unfreinded by 3 more for the same reason. pleas i need a way too stop, th girl i have a crush on blocked and unfreinded me. Oh yeah, also, every single person i message too much is a girl - and im a boy.

First of all you need to increase your market value, here is how:
Be a specialist in one or two aspects in life, for example sport or academics
Work out a little, the ladies like a man who takes care of themselves
Get one girlfriend to start, she does not need to be a 10/10, start low and work you way up
