facebook notifications ?

on facebook, is there any way that i can make it like, so when i get notifications i dont get them for pointless things like BORED ? FIND OUT WHEN YOURE GOING TO DIE, but rather only get notifications for like wall posts and stuff ?

Yeah, go to your Account Settings then Application Settings.
Delete the Apps you don't use, or them stupid Quiz ones.
Plus when you delete them it can make Facebook faster.

This is because when u use some applications like the one you described, they ask for profile access, u "allow", this means they can post u notifications again and again. To stop their annoying, you go to applications and remove those you don't want, the ones you described will be listed in them. Even you can hide the posts of annoying friends who just use the facebook to make others homepage a mess !!!
