Are there any careers in the fashion industry fit for anti-social people?
I love fashion and I am going to FIDM next year as a merchandise marketing major. I HATE working with people. I am very socially awkward and I feel really wierd around new people. I want to open a boutique but I'm thinking that all the sociallizing that comes with it would freak me out and I'd have a breakdown. What are some alternative routes that I can go but still stay in the industry I am passionate about?

Just go for it and learn how to deal with your antisocialism on the way. Everything will work it's self out.
