I can't change my twitter background! HELP!?
When I try to change my twitter background, it always appears:
https://twitter.com/settings/design/update
This webpage is not available
The webpage at https://twitter.com/settings/design/update might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS IN A GOOD CONDITION!

PLEASE HELP ME! MY TWITTER SUCKS.

I&#x27;m pretty sure Twitter has ended the background images with its new design. There are only cover images and profile pics.
