what is hootsuite? should i make an account on the website?

haha im kind of confused about it. i love the iphone app but i dont know what if i want to make an account on the website, hootsuite.com

Why would you have the app if you don't know what hootsuite is? Even if you just use Google to search for "hootsuite", you can see what it is without even clicking on the link:

"HootSuite is the professional Twitter client. With HootSuite, you can manage multiple Twitter profiles, pre-schedule tweets, and measure your success."

Do you have multipleTwitter accounts? You must, or you wouldn't have put the Hootsuite app on your iPhone. My guess is they are both the same thing... one for the iPhone, and one for the computer to use when you're not using on your iPhone. So if you benefit from using it as an app, then wouldn't it stand to reason you'd benefit using it on your computer? Certainly you don't use apps on your iPhone when you're at home (or school)... when you can use your computer.
