Is the CBO's Job Report in fact proof Obamacare gives workers more Freedom?
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/02/...latestnews
These are not job cuts that this report shows but reductions from retirement and folks choosing to work less hours. The report shows that many Americans who had no choice but to work full time or work instead of retiring will now take advantage of Obamacare and get their healthcare insurance there instead of depending on their employers. This gives many Americans the freedoms that Europeans have seen for decades. By choosing whether to work at all and whether to work part time, this will not only lead to many more Americans leading a higher quality of life but also free up the jobs that they felt forced to work at in order to get their healthcare insurance. A higher quality standard of living is seen in all the European countries who have an average work week about 30 hours. Spending more time with your family and doing things you want to that you didn't have the time for are some reasons why they are happier. http://www.businessinsider.com/average-a...rld-2013-8 The Government does not pay for your insurance you do. You now have the ability to buy your own insurance and if you don't make a lot you can get a subsidy. That is hardly a bad t hing since Republicans love subsidies. They just voted for 8 billion for farmers and have about that much for oil companies. Ads |

You mean the "freedom" to further burden the taxpayers...yeah, that's what you meant. Billions upon billions of dollars in economic productivity up in smoke as workers who’ve stuck with their jobs for the health insurance quit and take a subsidies check from Uncle Sam instead. To the White House and you idiots who buy their nonsense, this DISSENTIVE to work is a feature of the law, not a bug.
Folks, that is liberal logic. Ads |

Yes. Now people can work part-time, stay home with their kids, start a business--in other words, have a lot more flexibility than they had before.

Yes, it is about time we had the same luxuries that Europe does. The Germans work about 30 hours per week, have a higfher GDP, better healthcare and higher standard of living than we do.

So you think its better for people to pretty much quit their job, and get on medicade/government dole? Awesome logic.

Hip Hip Hooray, the ACA subsides will create a disincentive for low wage workers to seek better paying middle class jobs , hence another Obama Program killing off the Middle class
We will be France in no time at all Just a question when has Europe economy encourage the American entrepreneurship like: Face Book, Twitter, Google etc.? |
