how do I transfer all information from old yahoo account to a new one?

I recently opened a new yahoo account. I would like to transfer all contacts, folders and calendars to the new one...............HELP?

Hi,

1) Transferring CONTACTS :: Open your new Yahoo account, click on the "Contacts" in the left pane (11th option from Compose);
* Make sure you are on "ALL CONTACTS" page;
* To your right, you can see "Import Contacts" along with other options. Click on it;
* You will get options to import the contacts from Facebook / Gmail / Yahoo / File Upload;
* Select "IMPORT FROM YAHOO";
* You will be asked to enter the e-mail address & password to that account;
* After entering those, click on IMPORT;
* You will see a dialogue box saying how many contacts are imported;
* Click on DONE or VIEW CONTACTS.
You are all set with importing the Contacts from your old account.

2) Transferring EMAILS: You might have to FORWARD all needed emails one by one. You can try POP. I have not done it before, cannot help you with details. Please check this Yahoo Help link with this issue: http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...OD_MAIL_ML

3) CALNEDAR: I am not sure whether you will be able to transfer calendars! I have never done this!
