Hide your wall conversations on facebook?

Ok, so everyone knows the most annoying aspect of the "new"-ish facebook is that it shows someones full conversation they are having with someone else on their wall in your news feed. EVERY. SINGLE. REPLY.

It's ridiculous, and annoying as hell. I want to know how I can hide my conversations I have on my wall from random friends news feeds.
I already have the little "Show wall posts" box unchecked in the privacy section, but my friends are still able to see every thing I say to anyone on my wall through their freaking news feeds.

How do you make it so your wall conversations aren't on anyone elses news feed?
