Customer services requires a mobile phone number?

I had a question regarding activating my Sent folder and was going to send it to Customer Service and aside from my email address they ask for a Mobile Number. I do not have one and so can't send the question to Customer Service. Not everyone has or wants to make available their mobile phone number. How can I contact Customer Service?
