Why do I get weird QQ.com emails?

So i was checking my email one day when suddenly I saw an email from comcast that said this;

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 1 second(s):

* 2309450070@qq.com"

I got it again a few weeks later

And it kept coming.

I didn't send anything to this email. After going to "QQ.com" I discovered its a Chinese website. I tried changing my password several times but I get this constantly. Any help?

I would check your contacts on your computer. Maybe one of your contacts' email was changed to a QQ email? It's rare, but that's the only cause I can think of. QQ is China's form of MSN (Since these type of websites are blocked, just as Twitter and Facebook are blocked) Is there any Chinese in the email? If you copy and paste it, I may be able to understand what they are really trying to say. Don't open any attachments, although it doesn't sound like a spam email, since I've been getting a few of those recently. I can also look up the QQ number to see who it is.
