how do I stop using tumblr app on facebook?

I was bored on face book, so I decided to search 'tumblr' on facebook. I clicked on a tumblr app without reading it, so now it postss allmy tumblrposts on facebook. This is bad because I post stuff that is appropriate for tumblr but not for facebook. I really hate it because I can't post stuff on tumblr without checking if it is appropriate for other people I actually know on facebook so I don't have to explain my twisted mind or how stuff isn't that offensive.

go to privacy settings
Scroll to the bottom
click edit your settings under apps and websites
click edit your settings next to apps you use
click the ex on the far right next to the app you want to stop using.

but the stuff that is already posted on facebook will more the likely have to be deleted one by one.
