How to add songs to vines?PLEASE HELP ME?

I see many vines with songs and peaces of others videos please help me cuz i dont know how to do that :c HELP

In order to play music, you have to be logged in through a Twitter account or you can create a new account. Once you are on the account, you will see a list of songs on the Vine app. Tap on the music icon on the corner and begin playing the songs.
