Is there anyway to block this Facebook app?

There's this app on Facebook called Between You and Me. A lot of people at my school play it and have been answering questions about me. I don't like some of them so is there anyway i can block the app so no one can answer anymore questions about me?

Of course you can block apps on facebook! You can do it from the setting of facebook. Just go to privacy setting and then Blocked people and apps and block the app you want. Also you can do it from the request page. When you get a request from an app you can cancel it and in the options you can see block ... app and also block all requests from ... user.
