Cant log in Facebook via iTouch app?

My sister got a iTouch and installed the Facebook app, the thing is I can log in to MY Facebook account on it, but she cannot log into hers, she keeps getting a message saying that the username/password is wrong.
She has re-installed it many times, but still cant log in. Shes tried changing her password, but still no luck. She can log in to her facebook from Safari on her iTouch and from the internet on her computer, but not from the iTouch facebook app.
Why can I log on to my Facebook, but she cannot log into hers?
help please?
we also tried deleting the app, and restarting the iTouch, then re-installing the app but still I can log on but she can not.

Try using a computer and changing the password. Then redownload the app and try logging on again. If not, there must be some glitch in the facebook app as there always are :c
