Facebook privacy settings?

I am absolutely pissed off at the new facebook share settings. Now, people are able to see the comments I've posted on other people statuses/photos, even if they aren't a friend of the person I posted to. For example:

Let's say I have two friends that are not friends with each other. I post something about an inside joke onto my friend's status. Now that comment is seen by ALL my friends on my page, even the friend that isn't the person I posted to. How the hell do I change this? I know how to adjust privacy settings, I just want to know how I can SPECIFICALLY change that!!

i am looking for the same answer. plus, does that mean that friends of people that post on MY status can click on the notification on their page, and see my status even though my profile is all set to PRIVATE?

Can see Wall posts by friends >>> only me

Places I check in to >>> only me
