How do i change my facebook number to my email address?

Ok so i recently made a facebook account but i used my mobile number. I lately got and email adress to use but i cant seem to change it from my number to my new email address. So i changed my facebook address but i still want to use my email. How can i change this?

At first click on the setting button from top right side of the browser then go to setting. Then you can able to change your email address. For details show the following photo.
