What is the best for me if I wanna start my career at social media marketing ?! To work at an agency and manage more than one account and get exposure to different industries and different strategies. Or, work at the marketing dept. of a company and be more focused on one industry ?!

If you can get yourself in at an online marketing agency that could provide good experience as you'll learn how to market different industries and products and then, if you want to move on, you'll have a lot of experience to bring together and concentrating on one product/company/industry will be easier to manage. Do you have any experience in social media yet? If not, take a read of mintonlinemarketing.net's blog as there's lots of information that could help build your knowledge and give you a better chance of getting a job!
