my whatsapp and facebook messenger are not working?

i have an internet data pack . its opening all d web pages and other sites but i cannot sen or receive whatsapp messages and it does not connect with the facebook messenger.

yes. tht problm is occuring to many people. its ur cell phone's problm. take it to ur nearest customer care store. count me in with this problm

Just uninstall both apps and reinstall.

try this:
settings-general-app -
(press menu key) Reset app
prefernces,
and see if the issue could
be resolves.
don't use the function: 1
End all on the status bar 2
Long press Home, clean the
app
once you used the
function, you should
reopen the APP again

if its doesnot work try to new whatapp or facebook massenger.
