How do I get him to notice me?

Ok so I really like this one guy that goes to my school. I have since the last school year. But the sad thing is, we never talk, and we don't have any classes together. Last year we had three together... And we knew eachother but we didn't talk a lot. We don't have each others numbers or anything. I'm really starting to lose hope. I want him to notice me more. I don't want to dress provocatively, or start screaming when I talk. Please help!!
