We come in the US in 2008
My father died in the same year,after putting us here in America.
My mother havent been working for about 5/or more months
We never had social care until this year. Which made us 5yrs
I'm 16
My other sisters 6&13
My mom 49 going 50
So should I apply for her

If you are legal residents, you can help your mom or get a Navigator to help her. It sounds like she would qualify for the Medicaid side of the ACA, but only if your state expanded it.

"Obamacare" is what some people call the PPACA, which is a law setting up market places and regulations for insurance companies. It lets people without insurance shop around for the best policy at the best price. If your income is low, your premiums/deductibles can be subsidized. "Obamacare" is not an insurance policy.

Its a stupid government plane that causing more problems than its helping.
Avoid it if you can its not going to be funded enough to take care of anyone.
Even Congress that passed the law didn't read it now they are backpeddling like crazy.
