Reliable place to make a PayPal sale?
I have concert tickets for a show in London in less than a week that I can't make it to. (I live in Scotland). Can't sell them on ebay as they no longer allow it (has to be through Stubhub which belongs to ebay). Stubhub has so many tickets on sale for the event and has overpriced my tickets to buyers to fill their own pockets, even though I'm willing to sell them at a fraction of what I paid. I listed them on gumtree in the hope someone local would buy them. I've had messages from people on London wishing to buy them but not realizing I'm away up in Scotland. I'd be willing to post them special next say delivery and take a payment through paypal, but I could never expect a buyer to put that trust in me...is there anywhere I could make the sale, like an ebay alternative where the buyer would feel protected?

I live in Scotland and also had this problem a while back. I managed to sell mine by advertising it on Facebook, twitter and any social media. I asked my friends to text their friends to see if they knew anyone who would be interested and it took a while but I finally managed to sell them. You could put it on twitter and hash tag it so that if people are looking for something similar they would see your tweet. The guy who bought my tickets drove to my house to pick them up but I knew him through a friend. You should offer to pay for special postage, like next day delivery, well obviously charge them for it but you should make it clear that you are willing to send it through next day delivery. Do you not know if anyone you know in Scotland also would be willing to go to London?
