Should I get spiderbite piercing? (pics included)?

I would just add onto the same side I currently have pierced

With one side of your lip pierced and than spiderbites at the other side of your lip, I think it would be too much. But if you remove this piercing you have and than get spiderbites I guess it would suit you. If you don't want to remove it than I think it would be better if you got another piercing (snakebites, eyebrow piercing etc..)

First of all you are so beautiful! Second of all yes I think you'd look great with them but you should either take the one you have now out to have them on both sides or incorporate it into the spider bites on the same side ! (:
