I get yahoo mail/facebook Notification from someone using their cell.?

Every place they go. Everything they do. I get email notifications from them. I have them as a friend on facebook. How do I get this to stop from just this one person without unfriending them?
I guess I didn't explain it right or clear enough. I don't want to unfriend them but I want all notification from that ONE person to stop.

You can change the email address we send notifications to from your Account Settings page.

Click at the top-right corner of Facebook and choose Account Settings
Click General in the left-hand column and then click on the Email section
Click Add another email, enter in the new email address, and then click Save Changes
Confirm your password
Look for an email from Facebook to confirm your new email address
