Blocking someone on facebook?
If you block someone on facebook, if you sent them a message in the past is there anyway to keep your name/picture from displaying when they see that message? Is there a certain period of time after sending the message that you will just be seen as "facebook user" instead of your real name?

No way. Once you blocked a fb account, your own account will detach any connections from the blocked account.
