Am I breaking vine rule?
You know If i record from a TV and posted on Youtube, Youtube won't allow it. (Like popular show)
What if I post it on vine, will they delete my account or will I be in any kind of trouble?
I try to read terms of service and privacy policy but, its too much.

So, I want to know if it is legal. Please only answer if you are sure of it.

Vine is a mobile app owned by Twitter that enables its users to create and post short video clips. The service was introduced with a maximum clip length of six seconds and can be shared or embedded on social networking services such as Twitter (which acquired the app in October 2012) and Facebook.Though Vine was initially available only for iOS devices, it has been introduced on Android and Windows Phone.
