How can i make a facebook page?

ok so out of sheer boredom i have decided to make a facebook page..i dont know on what topic exactly but maybe a generic one like this "xbox 360 ftw" or something like that..

Ok so if i make the page and iam not the actual person making it suppose i make a page that says "Eminem" but iam not Eminem so will i get in trouble for making a fake one? (yes iam aware he already has a page)

And also can i make a page comparing 2 things? Like "Cocoa Puffs are better than Resses puffs"..
ANd for the sweeptakes and things do i have to have one? (the Promotions guidlines)

IN short can i make a page JUST for fun and to get a lot of likes

its a bit easy,simply goto facebook.com/pages,you will see an option or top right side written as create a page,click there and select category and type of page you are going to make.after it you will be done.
