Can someone please tell me what this Facebook Virus is?

okay, i have this random facebook virus that no one else i know has, you know those random advertisements that are on the right hand corner of the page when your like on the home page, or playing a game, well, i accidentaly clicked on one that had to do with "tattoo me" which was something to do with putting a "profile tattoo" on your page or something like that, as soon as it went to the link it look dodgy so i shut down my computer, and thats when it all started, the next day i went on facebook and down the bottom where the advertisments are it has " Hey [My Name!] Show [my friends name!] you new tattoo" and a button that said "tattoo me" and it had my picture and my friends picture next to it (our facebook pictures) other ones that have shown up are "Hey [Mums name] show your husband your new tattoo" so it also has our private stuff, and the ad doesnt just show up on facebook, it showed up on Myspace (which i dont go on and dont have a login for) when i was looking at the A7X page, and there it was again, the pictures, my friends, and the tattoo me. but now it doesnt just come up with "tattoo me" any more, it says "Hey [name, picture] [friends name, picture] wants you to play mafia wars! click here!" its really random and dodgy, it also makes our computer randomly shut down when it has FULL battery, and it closes down all the windows i have open! i have done many virus scans and it doesnt show up? can someone help, or tell me if they have this virus? or how to get rid of it? or WHAT IT IS!

This does not seem like a 'facebook' virus to me, looks like your average virus hiding in a website.

It could be a Trojan since you are unable to locate it in your computer. I recommend you do the various scans you did a few more times, giving the software a better chance of finding the virus.

If that does not work, and your computer worsens, I suggest you go to an IT specialist immediately, so that he is able to stop the virus or backup you files for the least.

Also, change your passwords, both your facebook and your respective e-mail. It could be a Hacker Virus trying to enter your account and computer.
