Facebook account disabling?

My facebook account keeps getting disabled.
So the first time it was disabled and there was no reason for it so I made a new account and now today its been disabled for having a fake name, I used my real name and I would like to know what I can do to get my account back without having to go making another one?

if you believe you didint do anything you can appeal your account to disabled@facebook.com and they will make a decision to restore your account or not
