What is the best social media setup for Android? I am a Social Media intern and am looking to optimize my cell?

Hey guys, I just got a social media internship with my university and also recently purchased a Galaxy S3. I have had many Android phones and know the ins and outs. However, I'm looking to get the most out of my phone and the mobile social media experience.

So far, I have Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Klout, Hootsuite. I looked for other applications like Radian6 and Pinterest but no luck.

I'd like to get everything I can to help me (I'll be updating my university's social media pages). Any and all recommendations and shared experience would be helpful.
