Is it odd that I'm jealous of her?

Hi, I have been with my boyfriend Omer for 13 months now. He, until 8 months ago was living in a studio with 3 of his friends. His other friend Youcef called him and invited him to go live with him. Now Youcef had at this time been living with a girl from Croatia for just over a year. But apparently they were fighting a lot and he wanted her to move out. He promised Omer that he had told her to leave and she was looking elsewhere. So Omer went to live there. Finally after 2 months and many fights later Omer and Youcef told her the landlord needed the apartment back (big lie) and that she had to leave as they to were leaving but to live with a friend and there was no space for her. So she moved to a single room in a shared house. Youcef and Omer helped her to take her stuff. Now I've only met this girl twice. Both times after she had moved away from them.She is odd, obsessed with make up and fashion (I'm not saying that's odd, but it control's her) and is a mummy's girl. Has never cooked or cleaned in her life (which is why Youcef was getting tired of her, she was messy and lazy)
Now Omer claims to dislike her profusely, yet when we see her he will kiss her on the cheek and talk a little. Youcef is constantly saying he is doen with her and sees a lot of other girls yet since Omer and Youcef have moved into another apartment she has stayed there perhaps 6 times. But Youcef is still constantly talking about her behind her back.
Omer claims to have little to do with her (despite living with her nearly 2 months and knowing her a year before that) He says that he doesn't like her and finds her weird and wouldn't really chill if she was home the same time as him. He says she spent all her time sleeping, on the laptop and so on and that he would only talk to her when Youcef was around. I find that odd. But that's what he says.
Does all this sound odd to you? Or is it just me? I'm aware that she wanted to double date with one of her friends and Omer once but Omer says he declined.
But if he was living with her how is it possible taht he avoided being alone with her? The way he says he did. How is it possible to not have been even a little close with her. When I stay there I sit with Youcef if Omer is going to work or something. I don't get it.
I've even looked at her Facebook profile to see if she has any pics of here friends and from what i can see (half are private) Its all her and herself...and a couple with her family. None even with Youcef.
I'm not sure why but she gets to me...and I hate it. Shes not even Omer's ex...its his friends ex and I am jealous of her... (Omer doesnt know this)
Part of me wonders if its because she is the same nationality (hungarian) as an ex (who lasted 2 months) of Omers...He says this girl was before he even lived with his friend and that he doesn't even talk about girls and stuff with Youcefs GF that she doesn't know he dated someone her nationality. I feel like im crazy for being annoyed by this...But its doing my head in!

If she lives in another room, then where Omer knows that she spends a lot of time sleeping on the laptop?
Moreover, if I lived in another country and I met someone who has the nationality as same as mine, I would be a little close too. My girl was jealous to me too even if I didn't look at another girl.
But here's another question, why don't you move to him or invite him to live with or near you? So, you won't be jealous and you will see him always near you.
