T Mobile Prepaid Cell Phones?
Ok so, I'm thinking about getting this phone-

but I'm not sure about the prepaid thing. The phone I have right now is from Net 10 and my previous phones were from Tracfone. So which prepaid plan is best? The $10 or the $100? And with the those plans and that phone can you get apps like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and games? Or does that cost more? And what do you think about that phone? And this is probably a stupid question, but how do you get apps? (I've never had a phone that could, so that's why I'm asking)

That phone is just not going to cut it. Technically, it’s not a smartphone as it has no Wi-Fi, although it does have an Operating System.

I would suggest going over to Virgin Mobile (prepaid branch of Sprint) and getting a much better phone, the LG Optimus V. It will cost you $149, but it's a real smartphone and yours to sell whenever you decide to change carriers or phones.

It’s running Android 2.2 so you'll be tapping into all of the excellent Android functionality and free Google goodies, for instance Google Navigation for use while driving. By the way, it was just updated to have realtime traffic taken into account. Another beauty is Voice Actions for Android (watch video):

Facebook, Twitter, Youtube are all free. Most apps and games are also free. Of course there are paid games and apps.

To get apps and games you simple use the MARKET app that already comes with your phone. There you browse for apps and games and it will tell you which are free or paid. Most of the paid ones are very low cost. When you like one, you select it by tapping and it gives you further descriptions. If you decide to install, accept the permissions and that’s it. You’ll then find it in your list of installed apps.

The Android Market already has 280,000 apps and will surpass the iPhone Market in a couple of months.

Android’s supremacy is already established as the world’s #1 mobile platform. Everyone else, including Apple will just play catch-up.
