Toned stomach in 6 weeks?

I'm 18 years old. 5'5 and 106 pounds, so already really skinny. My lower tummy especially just needs a little help! Any tips appreciated!!!

(Diet ideas, work outs, etc) I already run and do abs every other day

If there's no fat on your body, in the stomach where you're trying to work on the most, then just do muscle building exercises; there really wouldn't be need for cardio...

If you already run and do abs every day, and aren't getting results, change your diet... Add double or triple the water; that REALLY helps in the stomach area, it'll help flush your body faster and get rid of the fat that just sits on your stomach.

Try MORE ab exercises, just google an ab video on youtube; try pop pilates maybe? She's really good and motivational; or even Shaun T who does insanity and P90X.

If you're already skinny and abs just AREN'T coming, then you need to change your diet; just cut on soda and maybe even chocolate COMPLETELY for those 6 weeks and even if you do that and continue what you already do, you'll see results.. Along with adding water.

I kinda rambled, but I hope it helps! Moral, drink more water, cut out bad foods if possible (not all just enough) and do MORE ab exercises; maybe some in the morning, others at night.. Good luck! Smile
