How can I fix Chrome Adware?

Whenever I log onto a website, sometimes it shows "Ads not from this site". It mostly shows on Facebook. I use Chrome and there's and extension called "Youtube Plus" which I think is the problem. But whenever I try to remove it, it comes up again every time I open up Chrome. I even scanned my computer and reinstalled Chrome.

btw you can also disable all normal facebook ads by installing the free and non-adware infested extension called fb purity: http://fbpurity.com
