Instructions

Navigate to Facebook.com and log in to your account. Type the word "Pages" into the search bar at the top of your home page and select "Facebook Pages" from the drop-down results.

Click the Facebook page for which you want to ask a question to the fans.

Click the "Question" link above the "Write Something..." box.

Type your question into the box, which subsequently says "Ask something..." Click the "Add Poll Options" link to add specific answers for your fans to choose from. If you don't do this, fans of your page will be able to write their own answers.

Type each answer into the "Add an option..." box. Click the "+" symbol to add a new option. Click the "Allow anyone to add options" button to allow your fans to add options even to questions with set answer choices.

Click the "Ask Question" button to post your question to your Facebook page.
