Make profile picture of facebook full sized?

Hi, I have a photo on facebook which I am looking to make my profile picture. I want to get my entire shirt in the shot, but facebook will only let me crop my face in the picture as there are restriction on the size of the crop tool.

Any ideas on how I can get the entire image as my profile picture, basically so I can have my shirt in the shot too?

I was just trying to figure out the same thing
One way I have figured out how to do it is to save the picture on your computer, then hover over your profile picture on your Facebook profile homepage and the option 'Edit profile picture' should show up. Then you have to click on 'Upload photo' and select the picture you want as your profile picture.
It is annoying because instead of going through your albums and picking a photo from there you have to upload a completely new photo otherwise it will make your crop it.
