You do look a bit young for your age (18ish), but you don't look like a 12 year old so all is good. It's considered a good thing to look younger, be happy!

Serious tips though?
-Try dressing mature. Often times what you're wearing can effect how old you look.
-Try different hair styles. Likewise, different hairstyles can effect how old you look.
-Let some stubble show.

Sorry, I thought you looked older than 21, by several years. I don't mean to be offensive, but you look like you need a good sleep. You don't stay up on your computer all night do you ?
