My linked account is missing.?

I have a yahoo email account and another one that is linked to yahoo (a private extension, not Google or Facebook, etc.). Since I changed cell phone I have not been able to access the second account from the phone or from the PC. I have tried from the yahoo profiles etc. but I simply cant log in. Yahoo say it does not recognize the extension I am using to log in
