I only have a few friends on facebook?

I only add people I know really well or are my friends because I figure what's the point of having my wall filled up with info about people I don't care about. The only thing is I have around 150 friends because I don't really want to add people I don't know or I ignore other friend requests. To me, it makes sense, but will people just think I'm a friendless loser, lol?
