How to upload a gif as a twitter profile picture?

I've tried resizing, cutting, and making sure the file is 700KB but my .gif still won't upload to twitter. Any suggestions would be helpful

Twitter i suppose do not allow gif images any more, they have stopped this last year, but people using this features may continue using without changing it. But the news is you can find some good tutorials i followed some time back to do it dont know if still works but may be helpful

Any social media website doesn't support GIF images. So don't bother trying to get them to load anyway.
